Booking

To book a tour, simply fill out the BOOK NOW form. We’ll get back to you (usually within 24 hours) with a detailed tour proposal customized for you through email. Bookings are subject to our availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

(1) Cash Payment

All the tour fees will be settled at the end of the tour by cash. We accept both Hong Kong Dollars and US Dollars. For your reference, we adopt a constant exchange rate of 1 USD to 7.8 HKD. Tipping is welcome at your discretion and is highly appreciated.

(2) Credit Card Payment (PayPal)

If you prefer online payment, please let us know at the time of booking and we will arrange a secure online payment link for you. We currently only accept PayPal payments. Please note that for online payment, International transaction fees will be applied.

Food & Beverage

All the food and beverages consumed during the tours are at the visitor’s expense. But don’t worry! According to our experience, the charge is usually minimal. Mandy and Apple know best where to find good local eats with friendly prices, so get ready to start a culinary adventure with us! Other expenditures such as souvenirs, and entrance fees (where applicable) into parks and museums are also not included.

Transportation

(1) Public Transportation

Getting around is a breeze in Hong Kong as the city has one of the most modern and efficient transportation systems in the world. Since some of our tours include traveling by public transportation, we highly recommend you get an Octopus Card at any MTR station. Costing you HKD200 which includes an HKD50 refundable deposit and HKD150 initial stored value, the Octopus Card can be used for paying for ALL public transport and so much more. (2) Private Transportation

For visitors who prefer to have private vehicles arranged for them, we have a selection of vehicles that cater to various group sizes. Our fleet includes: Tesla 5-seater/ Toyota Alphard 7-seater / Mercedes-Benz V Class 8-seater. Please let us know at the time of booking, and we will provide more detailed information about the price and availability of your preferred vehicle.

 

Cancellation Policy

(1) Cancellation By You

For your convenience, prepayment is not required for reserving our tours. We run our tours based on mutual trust and commitment. Therefore, your respect is highly appreciated and we hope that you will not cancel the booking once it is confirmed. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you have to cancel the booking, please let us know as soon as possible by all means. Please note that a cancellation fee applies. A secure payment link will be sent to you after we have confirmed your cancellation.

4 - 7 days before the tour - 50% of the total tour fee

Less than 72 hours before the day of the tour - 100% of the total tour fee

(2) Cancellation Due To Bad Weather 

In the case of unsuitable weather conditions, you will be contacted by email/phone call/WhatsApp message no later than 3 hours before the tour. The final decision on whether or not to go ahead with the scheduled tour remains at our sole discretion. In the event of any cancellation by us, you will not need to pay for anything. Tours will be automatically canceled in the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 and 10, a Red and Black Rainstorm signal.
